Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort Room Block
The CFIC room block is now open to members! Discounted room rates and reservation information was provided to members via email on February 1. If you did not receive the email, please contact Amanda Wujcik.
The hotel room block ends on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 however be aware that the most desirable rooms sell out well in advance of that date.
Room rates include basic guest room WiFi, self-parking, shuttle service throughout the resort and up to a 2-mile radius outside of the resort, 1 hour of tennis court time per day, Splash Waterpark, Sport and Health Club access, and children’s activities.

Rest assured that as CFIC plans this year’s event, we will do so with the health and safety of our attendees and staff in mind. We will follow all local, state, and federal regulations as well as industry best practices. The Kingston Resort has posted their COVID-19 Safety Information here. We will keep this information continually updated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Room Reservation Cut-Off Date: June 16, 2021
To reserve a sleeping room within the room block, attendees must secure the reservation with a valid credit card along with a first night’s deposit refundable up to three days in advance of the convention. All credit cards used to prepay the deposit will be charged immediately.
Unauthorized Housing
In years past, outside companies and alleged travel agencies/services have contacted attendees urging them to book guest rooms through their company with supposed discounts. We advise you to only book your guest rooms though the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort and Kingston Plantation directly, as the outside companies may offer rates that CFIC cannot verify or endorse.
Hotel Digital Check-in
During high season, there may be lines to check in to the hotel. Members of the Hilton Honors rewards program can bypass the hotel check-in process by checking in and accessing a digital room key through the Hilton Honors app. Learn more here.
